We love, love, love your wonderful farmhouse! The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything you find yourself in need of. The Pond Suite was perfect for our family and the whole house was ideal for a trip away from home with our extended family. The farm was beautiful & serene, the noisy frogs oddly peaceful. Thank you for the personal touches (high chair, toys…). We will be seeing you again, hopefully sooner than later. A., D., and Kids, N. Ridgeville, OH

I am here from CA to attend a dear friend’s daughter’s wedding. The accommodations here are another high point of the visit. It is beautiful and very comfortable. You have been attentive to every detail. The beds are wonderfully comfortable; the towels plush, the toiletries and amenities, plentiful. I was impressed that you have made toys available for children and a wide array of books on hand for the adults. The kitchen and living room and porch facilities are perfect. I would recommend this to anyone coming to this part of PA. A.,CA

We stayed on the Meadow Side. It was quite lovely. The pillows & comforters are so soft!! My husband was amazed at how well refurbished the house is. He marveled at the great craftsmanship of the plaster work & wood floors & trim. We had the pleasure of singing at the Gig Coffee House in Fairchance. We look forward to our next trip here to the JK Farm. S. and B., Natrona, PA

Another year has past and once again the family finds your farm house waiting and open arms ready to fill our days and minds with serenity & relaxation. Our three children found endless hours of enjoyment amongst the trees, in the fields & climbing up and down the steps. The frogs this year must have lost a member of their vocal group, (not as oddly peaceful as last year.) Your cows accounted for periods of silence in which the children (and me) “mooed” to get their attention. As stated last year, thank you so much for your attention to detail. You thought of everything. We look forward to returning next year. A., D., and Kids, N. Ridgeville, OH

Thank you for providing a wonderful place to rest our heads. Two of us drove from Detroit, Michigan and the other met us from Philadelphia. This is our 9th Annual summer trip and we will certainly remember these beautiful accommodations! We’re even scheming to come back! Many Thanks, C., A, and A.

Sorry to have missed Jeff before we came back from our gallivanting at Falling Water & Ohiopyle. It would have been lovely to explore the grounds with Jeff – especially to get to know some of the trees. (I’m a budding woodturner). Thank you for a lovely stay – the little touches from Karen on the decorations are really super & much appreciated – grill-work on heater returns, soft furnishings… even the little crystal knobs on the bathroom dresser; and very practical too – lots of hooks. I hope your calving goes well. God bless! Y. and L., MA PS1: I love your book selections! The old edition childrens books are a nice touch! The wonder of silence is quite cool. PS2: Your farm is lovely! L. had a little snooze on the grass in the bright morning sun. PS3: And lastly, hope your business in town & Karen’s nieces/nephews get well soon. Thanks Again!

Thanks again for a wonderful weekend! The accommodation, as always, are far ABOVE expectations. Our kid’s feel more at home here than they do in Cleveland, OH. Looking forward to next July. They can’t wait to get to the “Farm House!” Sincerely, T., L, M., L., and K

Here we are @ year three. Again we are grateful for your hospitality allowing our extended family to escape to the serenity for a few days. The rain held off though it found a way to slip through the clouds just as I was preparing a fire in the pit. The frogs sing us to sleep @ night. This year we brought a telescope allowing us to see the rings of Saturn along with Jupiter and its 4 brightest moons. As always we look forward to our return trek next year. Sincerely yours, A., D., and Kids, N. Ridgeville, OH

This is my first time here, although the rest of my family was here last year. Just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed our time here, and how beautiful everything is! I live in Florida now and while it seems everyone is always traveling down there for vacation, my compass always points north. The farmland of PA will always have a place in my heart and being here reminded me how much I miss it. Thank you so much for having a place like this to come to. The memories we have made here will not be forgotten. G., S., and A., Freeport, FL

Sorry we missed you this time. We see you have done a lot since the last time we were here. We like how quiet it is here. It reminds us of home. We brought our son with us this time. He likes it here too. We did a lot more sightseeing this time. We want to thank you for trusting us to stay here alone. We will come back sometime, that’s for certain. T., W., and I., WV

Wow! What a pleasure it was to stay here. 9 women from Ohio & we had plenty of space, didn’t trip over each other in the kitchen, didn’t fight for a bathroom, and we all loved every minute of our visit. I guess you realize by previous comments about the beauty of the place & about the fantastic amenities. I don’t know how it was possible but you thought of everything. I would kill for a kitchen like this one. You now have 9 more people who will brag about their stay here & will tell all their friends. Hope very much to return. B., Ashland, OH
